London, UK – Bombardier’s London Biggin Hill Service Centre – the largest business jet MRO facility in the UK – has just completed Europe’s inaugural 7500-Landing Inspection on a Challenger 300 aircraft.

Bombardier chose London Biggin Hill Airport as the home base for its European service offering location in 2017, and the opening of a larger Bombardier facility in late 2022 was testament to the dynamism and attractiveness of the airport, reflecting the evolution of our strong partnership.  The new facilities include more hangar space, a suite of new maintenance and modification capabilities and a full-service interior finishing capacity.

Businesses from across the world are using the first-class facility due to the excellent service provided by Bombardier’s skilled technicians and staff, and the airport’s wider facilities which now include boutique hotel The Landing, and its close proximity to central London.

Robert Walters, Commercial Director, London Biggin Hill Airport, says: “We’re proud of our ongoing partnership with Bombardier and how its innovative state-of-the-art service centre has evolved. We’re also continuing to grow the number of resident businesses based here and cement our reputation as London’s pre-eminent hub for aviation, technology and innovation.”
