The airport has launched The Hub, a dedicated skills centre, to support the development of its colleagues and local people; enabling them to grow their careers and unlock their talent.

Based 12 miles from central London, this unique space offers a range of flexible meeting and event rooms. The Hub is designed to facilitate all stages of learning and development, bringing the community together to learn, share and innovate.

Each room is adaptable, whatever your learning style, and can be booked individually to suit your requirements – options include a formal boardroom, training room that can be utilised with desks or open space, and a relaxed lecture style room.
