The Airport Residents’ Noise Action Forum (ARNAF) was created by London Biggin Hill Airport in 2023 as a way to directly and regularly engage with local residents’ associations.

The ARNAF provides an effective platform for discussion about the airport and its projects, and the opportunity for residents’ associations and the airport to work together to understand and address issues and concerns for the benefit of local residents and the wider community.

The workings of the ARNAF were formalised in 2024 with the ARNAF Constitution.

When does the ARNAF meet?

Meetings take place quarterly, prior to the meeting of the Airport Consultative Committee, and are held at The Hub, London Biggin Hill Airport.

In addition to the main ARNAF meetings, working groups have been developed, looking specifically at Complaints and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These working groups meet on a bi-monthly rotation and feed back to the ARNAF.

For more information, please see the ARNAF Working Group Terms of Reference.
